Generally good communication given to us.
Apart from lid on plastic containers breakages & few small glass breaks i would defentially still use again pick and drop off both went smoothly, and communication in between was top notch ❤️

Right from my first contact with Conroys, until the delivery of my items yesterday, your company has been extremely professional, helpful, and has kept me informed every step of the way, both in NZ and in Australia. Accepted, because of shipping delays, etc. the process took a little longer than anticipated, but my items have arrived safely and in good condition. I would definitely recommend Conroys to friends and family.
All staff were helpful and great to work with. A credit to your team.
Just a quick bit of feedback, the service says the beds will be wrapped in plastic but unfortunately your guys didn't have these bags available on pick up in Taupo - and only wrapped one of the two mattresses on arrival back in Napier. As a result, our brand new mattress has been marked.
Other than that, it was a speedy service with good communication.
