We had two items damaged and we have been looked after very well re repairs and replacement.
Excellent service, all of my inane questions answered, my Guestimate, photos of the size of our shipment were handled with extreme helpfulness. Shipment arrived earlier than expected and delivered on time in great order. The gents packing us up in Australia were absolutely wonderful, helpful and very quick. I had good communication with the shipment Handler in NZ via email keeping me up to date. The delivery personnel to our new address were lovely, quick and very easy to deal with, especially with a cuppa and some bikkies to fuel the way. Overall a great experience with a great team both sides of the Tasman!

This is second time we have used you guys.
Your service was efficient and friendly from Trevor Lovett, Poi(hope spelling is correct) and two others at delivery. Pick up was stressful when our Maunu house purchasers turned up un-announced six minutes after settlement, but you guys were professional.
