I am missing a guitar from the move. It is a Campania acoustic that still maybe in Napier
Admin was easy and information was good. Could have done with just a bit more information on what "packing for yourself" includes. The guys who helped move on the day were respectful and considerate. They worked well together and got the job done.

The guys were so polite and professional. Super patient with the big bulky furniture. No damages to the furniture and no scratches or scuffs to the new property. I would absolutely recommend Conroy every time.

The service was great until the last day. I did not get a call to inform me of the delivery to the storage unit where it was dropped in a general unsecure zone. The response to my query was that attempts to contact me by phone to an incorrect number were unsuccesful. I don't understand why they only used one method of contact when email was available. I had to lift heavy parcels when I had paid for this service.
