Great thing was the boys who came to pick up were on time and very efficient. All the the things arrived in Christchurch in one week, Everything was in great condition. Place for improvement is in communication, emails and phone message 's reply. Thank you team at Conroy Removals
Delivery of lounge suite was easy to organise, great communication from the Wellignton team and delivery staff were amazing! friendly and efficient so would like to personally thank the 2 that did the delivery (sorry I cant recall their names)

The people who came with the truck awesome people. A great sense oof humour. Communication excellent.. Efficiency and unity ( one. Of a kind) worked well with each other and us.. Lovely people. Asked permission to put the boxes into one room. That was fine. A good move but still working out which goes where bur above all. These people knew therir job and position and worked like a well greased machine. Lovely to watch. 
I would highly recommend Conroy Removals to anyone. The service I received from Conroy Removals from administration to packaging & removalist staff in Australia was polite, courteous and very accommodating. Conroy packaging was first class, my goods were well packed by your two employees. Understandably there was a delay in receipt of my goods, due to covid 19 causing a backlog in shipping but was not a problem. NZ Conroy Removals were also careful, courteous and pleasant. A splendid job my both sides of the ditch. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Well worth the cost of shipping my stuff home. The removal team were polite and puncual and did a good job taking care of our furniture
but we felt they could have been a bit quicker doing the loading
The initial contact and service was really good but once we had accepted the quote and paid the money the communication was very poor to the extent the we had to contact one of your senior managers to get some reliable information. You have also sent this request for feedback before the move has been completed, we are still waiting for a delivery date from your Brisbane team. The team in Brisbane have been very good at keeping us informed.
The truck arrived to time. Our belongings were handled efficiently and with great care.
