Would not recommend Conroy. My new TV was smashed and pot plants had fallen over leaving alot of my boxes filled with dirt.

Great service, very helpful staff
I wish I could tell you how it went...but it is still going. We sent our stuff on February 11...and today it is JULY 26 and we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! That's over 5 1/2 months! We have been VERY patient with Covid slowing everything down, but this is ridiculous. We were told when we contracted with your company that the usual shipping time was 4-6 weeks...but because of Covid to expect double that. So 8-12 weeks was our outside, longest expectation. It hadn't even left New Zealand by 12 weeks.. It didn't ship until mid-June. Now it sits in Oakland, already passed customs and whoever your shipping partner in Oakland is, still has not put it on a truck. The 6 MONTH window is approaching.
We packed all our summer gear to send, and summer is half over. Shorts, T-shirts, swimwear...we have none if it. And our bed, we've been sleeping on an old cruddy mattress waiting for our bed. PLEASE...Can you give us an explanation for the insane delay? We were pleased with the packing and customer relations at the beginning and we don't like to complain, but we've just lost our patience.
