This is Tom's mum Paula. From the get go, I used my cellphone & walked around showing Tom's stuff to go back to N.Z. I had no difficulty talking to the person on the other side of the phone. He made an accurate quote which pleased Tom, myself & his dad. We Thankyou for your workers who did a marvellous job packing Tom's belongings into the container. A big Thankyou, Tom's reply to come. I hope he received his goods on the other side, carefully packed when they left our house. Bless you guys. Joe & Paula Noble.

The guys arrived in a large truck to move several pots so used my trailer and car instead. Operations had not communicated sufficient details nor had the time been advised. Tony in ops gave me a time of arriving between 8 & 9am. The guys did not have a time on the job details and arrived at 9:45am.
Conroy's customer service, from the office in the first instance to the truck during removal, was great but after asking if we had a steep drive (yes with two concrete strips) and learning that we only had 16cbm of gear we were surprised that a huge truck was sent out which couldn't negotiate our driveway. This resulted in a significant workaround with my husband using our trailer to ferry boxes in heavy rain to the truck which had to be parked further up the road.

Only thing I can suggest where the ball was dropped was when I was asked to complete customs declaration. I signed paper work when the driver collected it all but he didn't and nobody at anytime asked me to sign this customs declaration. In fact I was asked to do after I arrived in NZ and after the ship had sailed. I think this was an admin error in Aus but Susan in NZ picked it up and sorted it. Susan needs a pay rise and everyone else a pat in the back for all the good work. You all made it easy.

Almost none of the goods arrived in tact!! Several valuables broken. You only need to see the condition of the newly bought and packed boxes to appreciate that it was nothing BUT a miracle anything was whole when it arrived. Absolutely pathetic service! Boxes were packed ourselves and extra care taken and double wrapped goods with high quality wrapping papers, small towels etc. We have done this plenty times before and NEVER lost anything. This will NOT be left here and taken further. Boxes had fist sized holes in it. Strong plastic crates were completely smashed. Paid for insurance and was told couldnt claim as we packed ourselves. This was as per terms, but nothing would have survived the way these boxes were handled...not even if it were packed by the most professional packer in the world. I would have LOVED to add the photos of damaged goods and boxes here. I am certain no one in their right mind would use this company again!! Please note I am a person to always overlook some poor service and hate complaining, but this is not something I wish on anyone. Especially if you really struggle to get the money for a move. It is not cheap. I pray that whoever reads this takes it seriously. You are wasting your money! Say goodbye to your valuables if you use this company. They were but $200 cheaper than others. Totally not worthit!!
