Very good customer service, my questions and concerns were answered clearly by friendly staff and when I left a phone message I was contacted back very quickly. Great communication from the pick up team in Wellington and the same from the Christchurch team arranging delivery to my sons new home. No items were damaged. Thank you very much . 

We shifted from Christchurch to Westport with Conroys, They were great every step of the way, from initial scope of work to delivery.  The packing girls were very through & knew their job.  We didn't get 1 breakage on any of our items, including 2 motorbikes. Friendly, proffessional & efficient.  We took out insurance, but using this move as a standard, I honestly don't think I'd bother again, not needed, that's how good they were for us.

Unfortunately the team didn't turn up til 9.30am and I needed to be out of the house by midday. Only 2 turned up for a four bedroom house move. Had to ask for more help. Good lads but shame about the smashed washing machine. big shout out to Paul who did most of the packing. Awesome job. Jeff also did a good job of the kitchen. Overall a good move experience. Thanks. 

Found the whole experience trouble free and very easy to manage. All comunications between Conroys and us were exccelent and we were well informed throughout the whole process. Shift was excellent with staff on time and wasted no time in loading and unloading our furniture carefully and professionally. Absolutely no concerns and excellent service. Many thanks.
