The move went smoothly. We were told by the office that the truck would arrive 8.30am but when it hadn't arrived by 9.30 we contacted them. The guy said he "didn't know who put words in his mouth - the office lady shouldn't make promises". We understand completely - the logistics of running the operation must be difficult. Truck arrived before 11.00am and by 12.15pm we were out. Justin and his team were amazing - very quick and efficient and didn't bat an eye at whatever task was before them.
I was highly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism displayed during the entire process; eg your rapid response to my request for a quote, your very reasonable quote, the excellent communication via email, the brilliant job done by your employees in both packing and unpacking.
My household effects arrived in excellent condition. The one minor breakage was entirely due to my poor packing

A good job done thanks. Only one item (an overlocker) in the whole container load had a breakage as it wasn't properly packed. Overall we were very happy with the service.
Conroys areTHE best in the business. The personalized service is next leve. They are kind and authentic and you are spoken to as though you are their family member. Nothing is too much trouble even after your hundredth phone call to ask another question they are never rattled, and they remember who you are. Price was very reasonable for the door to door service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I used Conroy removal services recently for my move from Wellington to Auckland. The entire experience from quoting to uplift and delivery was outstanding. The prices were fair and the folks handling the uplift and delivery were amazing. Handled all the items with care. Highly recommend their services.
