Service from first contact to now has been amazing, you kept us in the loop the whole way through the process, held our hand and guided us through (being it was our first international shipment), answered our queries, changed our delivery address midway through and we couldn't be more happier!! Thanks to the whole Conroys team! Well defintley use you if we ever need again!!

Good crew of guys, - polite, efficient and very careful. Can't think of any areas for improvement for below.

Unfortunately missed packing kitchen under stink cupboard and also laundry under sink cupboard. Also left a wooden blanket box in a large bedroom cupboard. 

Already shared our experience with you on social media pages for kiwis returning home or to Australia where everyone gets advise on moving etc. Conroys is a popular choice on those pages and that's why we chose Conroys. From the first phone call to the lovely Josephine (who I've found out has retired (she was amazing) to the great Rhonda who replaced her, to the nice kiwi guy who wrapped and packed all our stuff(another dedicated employee) to the guys who picked up the goods, the consistent updates from Mandeep, to the efficient people who unloaded our goods when they arrived to our new home. Couldn't fault ANYTHING! Absolutely the best service from any company we've received. We were advised it could take 2 months for our goods arrive, was a nice surprise it arrived 5 weeks later. Custom clearance went smoothly because the man who packed our stuff was thorough and advised what needed cleaning before he wrapped it. I hope the big bosses from the top acknowledges their employees because they have a lot of people to be grateful for to help make their business the way it is. Would definitely use Conroys again if we had too!
