Easy to deal with. Furniture arrived in a timely manner. Delivered in pick up condition. Driver was friendly, communicated well and delivered in timeframe discussed. Highly recommend!

Very good process from quote to actual move. Great steps in place like follow up before move date. Good time management of people, taking care of items, well job oriented. They 3 men acted carefully with the furniture and liked to accommodate. Great custumer experience for us.

The communication about my shipments progress to NZ was good, and the unloaders were very fast and friendly. However no communication was made about when the shipment would be delivered to my house, and I wasn't home when it arrived. I don't know why I wasn't contacted but it was a very disappointing ending to the delivery.

Your email and phone communications were very good. The team members we met in person [both in Auckland and in Tauranga] were also very good

Hi Team,

The payment for extra gear I understand but the extra 1500 dollars i had to pay for the movement of good to Queenstown. Feels like it should have been included on the initial quote. Didn't understand this.

I was told 4 hours but the guys finished after three hours and there were still items that needed to be removed. We are having trouble removing some of them because they are heavy (pot plants and large garden boxes, one which is also a seat. I don't really blame the guys, it was storming and everyone got soaked. They were lovely guys and if I had to I would use them again.
