Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersSlow workers who didn't have any urgency about their work and it took at lot longer than I expected given they only had to move furniture. One of the younger fellows turned up yawning. Was he new to the role? As he didn't seem to know what he was doing. If I'm paying for 3 staff I would expect that they know their jobs. I would be in ok for a trainee to come but your price should reflect that. My fridge power cord got cut off in transit in the truck and needed immediate replacement. Will your company be reimbursing me for the cost of re wiring my fridge?
Big thank you to Natasha in the office who was so great to deal with when I had to postpone the move twice. The guys who came on the day couldn't have been better - they were so polite, fun and professional. I didn't expect to have such a great experience.
everything good - pick up crew an delivery guys excellent, driver got truck into my very narrow gateway.
only negative - Claire at sydney office over estimated the volume of my load, as I told her she had prior to pick up

Conroys were wonderful. Their communication was prompt and accurate. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly and helpful, and the goods errived in excellent condition.
The office team in Napier are very easy to work with and responded promptly to my questions. The men who picked up my furniture were very methodical and pleasant to work with.
My furniture arrived at its destination on time. A slight issue with my couch that I would have appreciated a phone call about, but all in all a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use your services again.

These guys were great. Whether it was communication with the people in the office via email, or dealing with the great guys who loaded and unloaded the truck, I couldn’t fault them.
We changed dates, heaps of times! Never a problem. But they are getting busy. The only thing that let this whole thing down were my poor organizational skills. We had to wait three whole days for our unload unto our new whare.
No damage to new home or contents
