The crew who came to remove our furniture in Amberley was absolutely awesome; efficient, helpful, friendly and very careful. Despite the delay coming to pick up our things ( mechanical issues) we were not delayed long in leaving our home due to their excellent efforts. We were very impressed!
The crew who came to deliver our things in Motueka were ok. The two older gentlemen worked well but the younger man clearly did not want to be there. He was unfriendly, did not listen, not at all careful ( was dragging our fridge and did not appear to care when my husband spoke to him about it...my husband had to actually lift it himself), and actually spent the majority of his time texting people. Not at all impressed with him!
We had a mostly great experience with Conroy. The items all arrived and all in great condition. Everyone we dealt with was very prompt in answering any queries and very helpful. The only issue was that the shipment arrived quite a few months late but that was to be expected during Covid times. Would use again.
Extremely happy. All personal at each end have been amazing with communication and help. Timeline was spot on to the communication given at the start. Minimal damages on arrival.

Some of my possessions are missing. It is probably 3 cartons. This short-delivery was reported on 17th January to Conroy Nelson. I heard nothing so after a week I asked again. a day later and I have not had an update.Please understand that when a person down-sizes they keep only things that mean something in their lives, or have some use or value. The things that are missing are irreplacable in terms of being sentimental value, or vintage or meaningful gifts received over a lifetime. PLEASE, help me find out what has happened
