Your team were wonderful. Dee, Chris (?) and one other.. They arrived early and worked quickly, diligently and with good humour whilst packing, loading the truck and then devanning at the storage facility. The only issue I have is that I left the apartment for the storage facilty just after 11.00 am. At this time my apartment was completely emptied and locked and there was only one couch piece to be carried down the stairwell to the truck. I arrived at the storage facilty about 11.30 am but your truck did not arrive until 1.00PM. I am not sure what happened and why the truck was an hour and a half late in arriving? Did i pay for this time? Thanks

Excellent service from start to finish, wonderful communications from Conroy's regarding updates.
Delivery day came with the driver and his offsider doing a wonderful job, they found their way to our property in the Hokianga, which is a bonus.

First time using a moving company and would definitely use Conroy again. The guys were on time, efficient and quick. Definitely took some of the stress of moving away. The guys were polite, friendly, careful and considerate.

I was surprised and disappointed at the extent of the damage to our precious furniture. Some of the wooden pieces were not wrapped as they should have been. I hope this won't cost us anything.
This is the 2nd time we have used Conroys. The mover guys are always pleasant and work really hard and efficiently. Special thanks to Robin and the 2 guys working with him on March 13th, I didn't catch their names. They got us out in the pouring rain and into the new house without delay. We will definitely use Conroys in the future.
