Very happy with the service from start to finish from the initial enquiry all the way until my container arrived in Brisbane had good communication and team was very helpful.
Conroy offers good price among their counterparts. Great care offered from their staff both in Wellington and Dunedin. Great communications through the whole process and ewe are well informed, We are very happy

The teams at both ends - Napier and Christchurch were great: well organised, friendly and professional. We did our own packing, (which is what I am used to doing) which was fine, but we did not finish in time and it has caused quite a bit of ongoing stress. We have another 8 cbm to bring down. I think that the sales process needs to outline the benefits of having Conroys do the packing more strongly. I know it's a balance, but it would have been useful to have the discussion in more detail. I have had no breakages other than our television, the screen of which has been broken. We did not wrap this however, it was done by the Napier team and wrapped in a blanked. It looks like impact damage, so it has been inadequately protected and then badly packed into the container. I have filed an insurance claim.
I had items that were coming from Wellington to Queenstown recently. These were picked up on the 28 November and delievered on 20 December.
Jo in Wellington was awesome to deal with and kept in touch throughout the whole process. The delivery did arrve after the 7-14 business day expected timeframe but can appreciate it's a busy time of the year. The one thing that could be improved upon is clearer communication around delievery/pick up. On the Wellington end the pick up time wasn't clear so this made it harder for my mum around her work schedule as well.
As it started approaching 10-14 business days while items were in transit on route to Queenstown, I was advised I'd receive a call from the operations centre in Christchurch but this never happened, and had to keep asking what was going on instead. Day 14 rolled around and then Jo advised I should be receiving them the week after on either a Tuesday or Thursday. I only received one text the evening before the items were due to be delivered advising they would arrive the next day in the afternoon, then another text the morning of from the delivery driver to lock in drop off logistics (he was awesome by the way!). I am grateful my work allows me the flexibility to navigate uncertain timeframes but perhaps not all customers will be in the same boat. Aside from this, super reasonable rates and friendly to work with.
I would recommend but also let them know of my above experience. Thanks Conroy for all the help :)
Still awaiting delivery. Message received 07/12, clearance received, however no one has contacted yet for delivery schedule.
