Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback on our experience. We were going to call with this feedback in any event. As you are aware we moved into an apartment, which does throw some challenges for the moving staff.  We cannot fault the guys that moved us as they worked tirelessly all day long. The move ended up taking 10 hours.The need for a third person was very much present, two men was not enough man power and there was the factor that someone had to stay with the truck while the guys took the furniture up the lifts. This meant that my husband had to stay outside of the building for nearly four hours while the truck was unloaded. In the end he had to help them move furniture out of the truck or they would have still been unloading at 10pm!  Your management needs to be consulted on this. Whilst it was completely inconvenient for us to have one of us having to stay downstairs, we felt that it was also a huge health and safety factor for your staff. The two fellows that we had moving us were absolutly exhausted at the finish.

Additionaly, the truck that was supplied was not big enough and another vehicle had to be sent and we had to leave some gear at a neighbours house as it would not fit.  Again, completely inconvenient.  

We were very impressed with the service Conroy's provided when shifting our house-lot from Whangamata to Waikanae. From the prompt initial quote to subsequent replies to my queries and then to the friendly and efficient loading and unloading crew. Nothing was a problem to them and we were very grateful for the stress free environment they created. The price was great too. 

Nice guys. Were understanding of our key hold up.
