Absolutely Fantastic
From the first phone call in oz(john)to the last in nz(lynn)we found Conroys to be absolutely fantastic,they were very helpful and made every part of the process as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We had our gear within 4 weeks of them picking up in oz to dropping off in nz to our destination, communication was great and cost was great. Competitive Price
On the whole a great service at a competitive price. Only casualty was a chipboard shelving system which was wrenched from the garage wall rather than unscrewed and consequently probably cannot be reused.

Super Service
Everything was great with super service, just the delivery date which was not communicated beforehand. Not the end of the world though.
No Breakages
The team were friendly and helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. They asked questions and made sure I knew where things were so I could find it at the other leg. eg the middle leg for the bed. They were respectful of surfaces in both houses and were so careful carrying things in and out. I was worried about the number of fragile items I had but no breakages. Mike packed the truck with care, precision and expertise. I cannot speak highly enough of all the team.
Not At All Impressed
Your company failed to supply professional qualified furniture removers. This is what we thought we were paying for. After telling your company not once but twice that strops would be needed for an extremely heavy china cabinet the message wasn't passed on. The cabinet was smashed by people that have never shifted furniture & didn't know what they were doing. Our front door was also gouged out & table has a ding in it. Not at all impressed by negligence & no care for our furniture.
Marks
We do have Mark's on the couch. I asked for our light coloured couch to be wrapped but it hadn't been done. We have a grease mark and some other small we markers on the couch. I'm getting it cleaned this week. If we have any issues getting marks out I'll let you know.
Also 2 large bucket chairs were left behind. We didn't realise this until we completed unpacking. Can we get these transported up when you next can fit them into a Hamilton load?

The removal team was excellent. Thank goodness they asked me if everything had been loaded: This question prompted me to look around the house and find a few additional items that needed loading. On arriving at the delivery destination, they were very happy to park outside to avoid potential damage to a large tree at the front entrance. I would highly recommend the team at Conroy Removals.
