Fantastic, quick and careful. Two great guys, worked well together. Very slick, on time and great communication. Highly recommend.
Easy to contact person with any queries and prompt responses which was good. Some difficulties moving from a town with no Conroys agent who could visit to quote. Helps if you are competent with doing videos etc but some difficulty for older people. Fortunately, Conroys responded well. Movers turned up right on time and were cheerful, helpful and competent. A couple of reasonably minor damages experienced but I suspect caused by the subcontracted young helpers. Overall very happy with the service and the cost.

You giuys are tops ! But read below and please note we shoutred the half doz guys moving us in dinner and drinks at the end of the shift. We also gave one of our $300 couches away to the guys.

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR SHIPMENT. The partner logistics company is a nightmare. They refuse to give us even a ballpark estimate of when our goods will be shipped out. The goods cleared customs April 3rd. In one of the recent communications they told us our goods were "preparing for export".
We are okay receiving the goods in May HOWEVER we go overseas starting in July. Given that the company refuses to tell us even approximately when the goods should be expected, we absolutely will not pay for any "storage" or other ridiculous fees when this company appears to be trying to save money by avoiding the shipping of our goods.
WE NEED THEM IN MAY OR BEGINNING OF JUNE. We've shipped with you several times and this on the ground hold--with refusal to give us an estimate--is NOT appreciated.
Firstly I woiuld like to express my thanks to the actual team that did the shift, their work ethic and patenice during this time was exceptional.
They turned up exactly on time for the pickup and were and hour early (did cause some panic as we had only just got the keys) Had been informed drop off at 10.00 am turned up at 9.00am and we werent advised in advance. Hence the comunication improvement.
I have already told a number of people that Conroys provided an excelllent service and for a great price.

Excellent service all round!
First issue is the perspex on the dryer door that was damaged. It was due to the way the movers packed it on the truck. They insisted that there was nothing to worry about and that their boss would make sure it gets repaired. We were subsequently told that Conroys would not assist as we had not taken insurance with them. We acknowledge we did not however, given that your staff reassured us on several occasions that it would be repaired we feel that this promise should be met. I had an email from a staff member regarding the damage to which I replied and received no response, despite following him up on it.
Second issue, I had to help upload the truck as the staff were taking some time to do it and one staff member was having a rest. I have multiple sclerosis and the extra work I had to do to get the job finished has triggered a relapse of my symptoms since then. With some symptoms being painful. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to get the load and unload completed. We had hired the movers to help because of my health and my husband has a persistent back injury. Both of us did a fair amount of work that day in an effort to get the move completed. We had previously used Conroys and found the team at that time to be excellent.
Thirdly, there was a near miss incident. A child was helping that day and was allowed to control the tail lift of the truck. My family were alarmed when we heard staff calling to the child to wait up and make sure the person's toes were clear. Had they not called out there could have been an injury.
