Delivery day came with the driver and his offsider doing a wonderful job, they found their way to our property in the Hokianga, which is a bonus.

First time using a moving company and would definitely use Conroy again. The guys were on time, efficient and quick. Definitely took some of the stress of moving away. The guys were polite, friendly, careful and considerate.

I was surprised and disappointed at the extent of the damage to our precious furniture. Some of the wooden pieces were not wrapped as they should have been. I hope this won't cost us anything.
In October 2022, or thereabouts we asked for a quote to move our stuff from Wellington to Motuoapa. We never accepted or confirmed the quote and the next thing we knew was that our furiture was to be delivered the next day. We managed to stop that in time. We finally got the place in Motuoapa ready for delivery and arranged a date for delivery, On the day I got a call to say the delivery was not going to happen (I had travelled up from WLG especally to be here) as you could not locate the containers. There then followed a number of exchanges of calls and text, me doing the chasing before it was finally admitted that the containers were in Napier and could not be delievered, seems they had been there since October so effectivly were not insured as we only had them insured in WLG.
I can accept that they were moved to Napier for the October transfer but nobody notiifed us so we could change insurance plus I spent money and three days waiting on them to be delivered with no advice or notification. I was promised that as soon as they were located I would be advised but I had to chase you to find out where they were.
And then to add insult you had the gaul to charge me full price for delievery, no recognition of the of the fact that they had sat in your yard uninsured or that you did not contact me to advise they were not being delivered.
The only good thing I can say is that your packing and delivery staff are a credit to you, being helpful and accommodating which is more than I can say for you administration and managment.

Was great but mu glass tv cabinet was samshed in transit
