The team at Conroy Removals were excellent to deal with. Despite the busy schedule and short notification (my original booking with another transport company had to be cancelled as I got COVID), they were able to transport my belongings from Central Coast, Australia to Auckland. The transport staff were efficient and courteous at both ends.The office staff were on the ball and effectively communicated what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company, thank you Conroys for transporting my belongings.

2 hours prior to expecting our house contents we were advised it would be delayed to a later day to be determined. As we had expected to be able to move into our new house on the scheduled day we had to arrange what turned out to 3 further nights accommodation. 3 large items were finally delivered 2 weeks later. The impact of the delays was significant on us. Our request to Conroys for compensation has been seemingly ignored despite a reminder. Other aspects of our Conroys experience were OK but vastly overshadowed by the delivery failure.

Impressed with the communication regarding the process of our shipment keeping us up to date. Guys both ends NZ and OZ were awesome ! And arrived earlier than expected .
