Conroy pricing was incredibly competitive. The guys assisting with the move were amazing. We had a huge amount of stuff and not one single thing was damaged, unlike in the past with other companies, I have always experienced some damage. I have moved many times in my life and this has been the most stressful move and yet Conroys made it very easy for us. There is not one area at all that could be improved from our experience, as it was perfect. We are so grateful and appreciate every person at Conroys who helped us. Thank you!

Very disappointed, hired a truck with 3 men thinking that would be a good idea as my husband is close to 70 and didn't want him to be doing heavy lifting, but as the truck we had booked arrived 3 hours late to relocate us we had people parked at our driveway wanting to move in and we were under a lot of pressure so needed to get the job done. So he and our neighbour also an older person ended up lifting a lot more heavy items than they should have.

The only comment I would make is the truck stopped to refuel on way to delivery address, which I eneded up paying for.
Truck should be fueled before starting a job.
You started so well but the end service was terrible. We didn't get the service we paid for, family had to unload the truck at the end address as there were no unloaders available. They arrived eventually after finishing another job. Your managers must have double booked our team. Not good service at all. We feel like we are owed some money back as we did the job! The manager hasn't contacted us after we complained. Terrible customer service. I think a note to Fairgo for assistance might be in the offing.
