However, to Conroys credit, a week later item was found and delivered to me.
I was pleased with Conroys process of ease of retrieving goods in my absence from storage locker and shipping to me.

Great communication and quick efficient removal of furniture
Did exactly what they said they would. I was informed at each step, and even sent a package that was left behind by post. Incredible job.
We were more than happy with our experience with Conroy Removals. Thank you very much.
Furniture was packed into the van very carefully although the unloading was a bit rushed with the lads anxious to get away.
You could give information on the booked departure date of the container and provide a link for the follow-up of the journey.
We moved houses, opting for the "Pro Pack Boxes" service. The packers came the day before the removal and were reasonably efficent. There were two things we told them that we needed overnight/next morning...our TV components (sky decoder, remote controls, amplifier, etc) and our coffee machine. The packers said, "no worries, we'll pack up those things tomorrow". The next day - the day of the uplift - we reminded them about the TV components and coffee machine, and they said "yep, no worries". We then went to our new house and the truck duly arrived. After unloading all the boxes the Conroy person said "there wasn't enough room on the truck so we left behind 2 lamps and a couple of smaller pictures". Which seemed fine. We then spent the rest of the day/evening unpacking boxes, specifically searching for the TV components and our coffee machine. The next morning we still didn't have a working TV or a coffee machine. We then returned to our old house and, sure enough, the TV components and the coffee maching were still there. They'd also left behind about 20 of our art works - including several of our larger pieces. Far too much to load into our car. Some of these art works are quite valuable and they'd left them behind in an unsecured house. And they'd also left stuff from our garden shed lying outside on the front lawn, in the rain - including an electric hedge trimmer. They'd also left behind a couple of their trollies and a large stack of their blankets. This was a Saturday morning, so I tried phoning the 0800 to see if I could get some help moving the last few items, and cleaning up their mess, but there was no answer. Not good enough.

We have sent a separate email detailing our issues but to summarise: the removers were rough with our belongings and showed no respect to it at all. We had items broken and witnessed fragile boxes being tossed around and sat on. The driver reversed into a neighbours vehicle, damaging it, but leaving no note for them.
In addition to the email, the driver slept in the backyard while having a break (and for longer after the other two started working again).
Additionally we had witnessed them drinking some bottled water but couldn't prove it was ours. Upon delivery, it was clear it was our emergency water as it was three bottles short. I also saw the empty bottles in the back of the truck upon delivery. While the value of these items is minimal, the fact of the matter is that it was not theirs to take. They effectively stole from your customers. This is despite me happily allowing them to drink from our tap and use our bathroom so there was no excuse. The actual audacity to steal someone's property while removing their gear is absolutely beyond me.
We are so surprised that upon delivery more was not broken. I have photos of boxes that are torn and smooshed. We're just lucky that we are very good at packing I think. We have also put in a claim for a bed that was broken. I have a couple of other minor items I won't claim for but suffice to say we're frustrated.
The only redeeming feature is that your team who delivered our gear were fantastic and friendly. I thought it was telling though that when I explained to them our experience with the removers, the response was 'oh that sounds a bit like the Wgtn guys'. So at this stage I'd only recommend people use your services if they're moving in HB as they were fantastic.
Can I also say Jo, who helped coordinate our move, was also friendly and responsive and I appreciated her assistance throughout.
It's a shame because I am sure you are very good at what you do. But your Wgtn based services have really let you down unfortunately.
