Good communication during the shipping process. In country took a bit longer than expected due to minor miscommunication.

Team responded quickly to emails / questions. All good.

Excellent service especially John in Australia who we initially spoke to, through to the guys who collected and delivered the gear. I would recommend them to anyone.

There was a slightly damaged electrical cable during the move but otherwise ok. In terms of quote and buying insurance it should be explained in the quote that you need to go back to the insurance company etc. I paid on the quote which included insurance but then when I accepted it, another operator said you still had to get go back and get a firm quote... it was a bit tedious and increased my emails by 50% which I didn't need to. Also best to have one person deal with it from start to finish for more consistent customer experience. Otherwise, the price was good, movers were good and overall a good company.

Scott, Steve, Meredith, Gordy and Lyrics were absolute gems. They were so effiicient, friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was really grateful for the help they gave me and reduced the stress of another shift considerabley. Conroys get a top vote from me. Thank you all!!.
