Left some furnature behind at the storage. Some furniture scratched and dirty. Otherwise staff friendly and accommodating.

The Conroy team were very professional, polite and knew their job well. The team had to remove and then replace an internal door to move a piano, which was done in record time for which we were very grateful. Would definately use them again.

This was my first removal company experience and was a simple partial house contents move with no awkward items. Same day door-to-door move. I used own boxes and protected large items. The boys were on time, very efficient and took care with items. They sorted boxes to different rooms at destination and helped put a slat bed together. They were friendly and courteous and good at their job. The pre-move contact and communication with the Napier staff was excellent: friendly, helpful and customer-focused. I would recommend Conroys based on my experience.
