Sadly not happy washing machine / dryer got dropped and now not working / would have thought 2 guys would have moved it rather than 1 trying to move it

Good service but alittle annoyed our washing machine / dryer got dropped and now fails to start / have a serviceman coming to look at it tomorrow

Having 1 person trying to move it instead of two I don't understand as these units are heavy

I was led to believe that our household goods in storage at the Christchurch Depot would be accessible any time. On the day we were ready to move to a new home we find out that our household goods were still in Wellington, so they were not accessible to us as we we believed.

This is the 3rd time I have used Conroy and I'm always satisfied with their competitive prices and excellent service. I'm constantly updated with the whereabouts of my shipment and delivery date.
