Good Experience In General
Had a good experience in general, however one of the delivery removalists had a bit of an attitude, was angry about having to take a couch upstairs. He also did not re-assemble all of the items that were disassembled during packing.
Two of my items (PC cases) were damaged during the move, however nothing else was damaged.
Overall, I was pretty happy - especially with how quickly the items were shipped.

Nothing Was Too Much Trouble
Such a professional job. The guys were great to work with and made the whole process seamless. They worked quickly and took a lot of care not only with the furniture etc but also made sure none of the house was damaged from moving items around. So good.
The management team who handled the quoting and communication did a top job. Nothing was too much trouble and they new their job inside out. Great people to work with.
The "moving" aspect of getting our car overseas was the easiest part of importing a vehicle.

So Helpful And Friendly
From our first contact to the truck driving off your service has been wonderful. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Moving is stressful especially if you dont have another house to move to. We were struggling to finish packing when about 10am Conroys sent a young lady to help us. I was packing all the stereo equipment so her arrival was timely. Together we packed everything safely helped by her large roll of bubble wrap. She was especially adept at taping the boxes. Four hours from arrival the truck drove off on schedule so thank you Conroys for a job well done. We just hope everything is intact when the time comes to unpack!

The guys who packed up the truck and unpacked at the other end were very lovely and respectful, and did a generally all around fantastic job. Unfortunately one of our pieces was left behind at the depot when our things were first dropped off and it was a bit of a hassle trying to organise our lives around waiting for it to arrive on a subsequent day.
I have used Conroy Removal many times over the years & have always found their service excellent. This time we've moved from the North to South Island & required storage for a couple of months. Everything has been conducted in an efficient & timely manner & I have been kept up to date at all times by the Hawke's Bay & Chrischurch Customer Service Teams.
The only negative this time around is that our Fermob outdoor furniture was not wrapped before being loaded & packed into the container. It has sustained significant scuffing & scratch marks due to the movement in the truck. I have put in an insurance claim, however I would like to suggest that all furniture items (indoor & outdoor) are well wrapped before being loaded into the truck or container.
