Perfect Condition
After an initial missup with one of the boxes we shipped from NZ to Australia, finally our belongings are all reunited. Everything arrived in perfect conditions, it just took a little longer that expected for the last box but we are happy with the service at the end

As always great service, practical advice over the phone, and excellent packing of my personal effects. Sturdy and safe. all arrived safely and the connection with Fox for customs clearance and delivery worked really. Up-dates with delays in shipping and delivery provided plenty of notice to prepare. I am so pleased with the outcome.

Very Professional
Fairly priced compared to other relocation companies we've requested quotes from. Mike and everyone I spoke on the phone with were very professional and all my questions and queries answered promptly. The truck driver Gordon was outstanding and came over the day before the uplift to see how the packing was going and to drop off a few cartons just in case (we chose self packing option) and gave a peace of mind confirming all was well. Wanaka uplift and Christchurch drop off teams were all great too.

Your service in New Zealand and your agent in the UK was very good and made the transportaion of the clock very straight forward. So, thank you very much for your help.
