Excellent Care
The team who moved us were really friendly and engaging. They took excellent care of our furniture and house hold items both moving out and moving into the new house and were careful not to damage floors and walls. I highly recommend Conroy and would definitely hire them again if I need to move.
Guys Were Brilliant
The only negative thing that I have to say is that the truck leaked a bit & some linen got wet. Other than that, the guys were brilliant - efficient, careful & personable. Top notch service with top notch guys.
Zero Indication
Our freight took a little bit of extra time to leave NZ, which we understood, but it is now stuck in Brisbane with zero indication of when it will be placed on a truck to Darwin. We are living frugally awaiting out items. We paid for the service on Nov 2022, it has been in Brisbane since March 2023 and its now mid May. We are pretty close to giving up and having to go and spend a lot of money and go into debt to get household items.
Very Pleasant
We found Joanne to be excellent with communication and the lads who picked up (Michael and Natai ) very pleasant and easy. Main grizzle is that we never heard from operations/dispatch whatever is in a name. All our contact through Joanne. Whoever does the hatch/dispatch needs to contact customers as to pick up day and aprox time.

Great Teamwork
Friendly staff, efficient, knowledgeable in everything to do with caring for owners contents and moving them from house to house, with great teamwork and hardwork. The whole operation from contacting Conroys to destination of contents exceptionally well done. I did have to have help with filling out things online, as I'm not good at that. Neither am I good at assessing sizes & volumes etc (which had been all part of moving from Auckland with Conroy's previously) so I would pay for a Conroy's staff to do this for me, if it was an option. Overall, well done to everyone. Thankyou.
