Wonderful service from start to go..
The guys on pickup were awesome - friendly, efficient and helpful. They wrapped our fragile items beautifully and managed to squeeze in my houseplants! On delivery (another team) they were not as good. As I walked outside the one guy spat on to the driveway which was a bit gross. The furniture was put in the rooms I specified, however all the boxes were loaded in to the garage (no one asked where I wanted things) and they seemed in a hurry to leave. The person who was in the truck in charge of placing items in the truck was good on both locations though.
Given the rates are a lot higher than the 'smaller' by the hour companies I would have expected my washing machine hooked up to the new laundry and the boxes to be put in the relevant rooms/areas.
The booking process was great, loved the virtual tour for the estimate and all my quetsions were answered well and Katerina was helpful at all times. Cam who phoned to confirm days and times was also really great to deal with.

I've used Conroy many times, for non-fragile items, they are very organised and tailor their service to suit our pickup and drop off.

The whole process, from seeking a quote, right through to the day of the move was so easy. Your communication team and the moving team are top notch! I've never hired a moving company before, so it was such a relief that this went so well. However, I have only given 4 stars, instead of 5. This is only because of a couple minor incidents of damage. Otherwise, you guys are great! The moving team arrived, and got stuck in. They were polite and professional and very hard working. Thank you Barry and Alfie! The communication team, Doug and Rachel , who kept me in the loop the whole way, shared links to packing tips etc, thank you too. Knowing what's happening and so forth, eases the process. Conroy Removals are very good at what they do. Definitely value for money, as moving house is an expensive process. Their website is one of the easiest to navigate, and their response to queries is so fast and spot on, which is why I chose them over the half a dozen other companies that I sought quotes from. I got 3 quotes for moving my furniture overseas - yours was in line with the other 2. As it turned out, you have significanlty under-estimated the volume of the furniture and later made an adjustement. This made your service the most expensive of the 3. There have been inaccuracies with the dates of uplifting and issues with the charges on the Australian side. The move is incomplete, as the furniture is yet to be delivered - for which I have pre-paid. I don't how that is going to go.
Well Done
I had a part load from Katikati to Motueka. Lounge sofa, laziboy. double bed, some boxes and other assorted items. Had travelled North and was able to meet up with the 2 Staff who uplifted said items. Likewise just a week later met up with 3 Staff who completed the delivery.
From start to finish I was suitably impressed with the professionalism displayed and care of service by all the people I dealt with. Inclusive of the office enquiries I made and the moving staff boths ends, The pricing was very competitive and I am more than happy to recommend your Company. You have some pretty good employees for sure who take pride in what they do. Well done, thankyou.

Absolutely fantastic service. Communication was great, and flexibility and willingness to adjust to my schedule were outstanding. The delivery itself was done and dusted within 30 min and went as smoothly as possible, much better than I anticipated. Great service and with a smile.
