Successful and Enjoyable
An expected stressful operation became an exercise which was successful and enjoyable. The organisation, the professionalism, the packaging and transfer of personal items was carried out very efficiently ... and all items were accounted for. Thoroughly recommended.

Second to None
The boys were prompt, friendly and efficient. The service provided was second to none. I'll definitely use Conroy in the future.

The removal was fine but the delivery was poor. I specifically called Nathan to check the steepness of the driveway at our new house and he said it would be fine. However, it was not. The removers had to move all our belongings from the original truck to a much small truck. This of course meant the delivery took a lot longer. It also meant that items we had asked to have put on last so they were off first didn't work.I had to speak to the removers about their dirty hands. They offloaded outdoor items and then our indoor soft furnishings and got dirty handmarks on the fabrics.

The guys were fast and really careful with our stuff at the house we moved out of and into.
The whole service from quote, storage, communication and execution was seamless. The service from the two men was outstnding, very friendly, trustworthy and obliging.
As a senior woman on my own they took care of all the lifting, reassembling and removing packaging. I could not have been happier. Also the the charge was very competitive.
