Removal and delivery guys were really great. Our things arrived in good condition. Competitive pricing. The one annoying thing was late confirmation of pick up and delivery times - being able to organise that a week in advance would be useful.
Everything Went Well
Everything went really well both in Australia and New Zealand. The staff at both locations were great.
You made it easy for me
The guys were not told about the driveway, which they couldn't get the truck up. They were not told how much they were collecting. They were given a truck with no tail lift or ramp, some of the things being moved were extremely heavy, such as fully loaded full sized tool chests, and they had to lift these by hand, risking damaging the item or harming themselves. Their treatment makes me not want to use Conroy again, they were great guys and did an awesome job, they deserved better. Aside from that communication with the office often took days to get an answer to questions.

Great Service
Overall the service was great but the quote was a bit confusing from my perspective as i thought the quote included the insurance but it didn't. The pick-up and delivery crew was awesome, nothing was a problem for both teams.
Punctual And Efficient
Easy to understand website and booking. Called by the team before the move to check everything. Lads were punctual and efficient. Payment automatic so didn't even need to pay an invoice after the move. All in all - fab job, thanks a ton.
Great Communication!
Awesome team, saved us in a pinch after being cancelled on the week before our move. On time, friendly, fast workers and great communication! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
An overall good experience, absolutely would recommend you to friends and family but a couple of things to take note of for customers as obviously when moving it's a very stressful time so two small things to make it easier for customers.
1. it would be great to know what time the removalists are coming a little earlier than the day before as I was leaving Auckland that day and needed to know how far I could go to book accommodation along the way.
2. the only other thing that could have been improved is that the movers were 30 mins late arriving and a text from them to say they were on there way but running late would have been great so knew where and when I had to be there.
Booked move from, Tauranga to Auckland, with the contents going into storage as there is a time difference between settlement of the sale (Tauranga) and the purchase in Auckland. Pre loading process went well, re quote, administration ect. I was contacted the day before the loading date and advised the Schedule for the loading day.
Chad and David arrived on time, in the truck, with the container. They explained the loading process. They were friendly, polite, efficient, professional, and worked to a well organised plan. The loading process was completed within the expected time. Chad and David took pride in their work.
On the morning of the move my wife misplaced her watch and we could not find it. Chad located it during the loading process and returned it.
The contents are now in storage, until we move into our new property in Auckland.
