Easiest and trouble free experience for a nearly 80 year old. Out of 3 requests for removalists you were the 1st to respond and the fairest of 3. Each person I dealt with at Conroys were kind and courteous. Again thanks to you all. I would certainly recommend your company as top notch.

This was a good experience for us. The crews at both end were excellent to deal with in person. The feedback I would offer would be around communication - we had a call Wed night to say the truck was departing 6am Auckland and would arrive around 9am. The truck left a bit later. And re packing - some larger items were packed next to each other and there was some scratch risk to sideboards/furniture. Nothing a bit of cardboard didn't fix.
Conroys were the only firm that fronted for a visual inspection before oacking - this was a big factor in us going with you.
also, just an observation but rival firms are paying for google ads to appear above Conroys when customers search, it took me a little while to find Conroys when I was searching for movers.
All up, a good experience and good value. Thank you.
