Just awful. Stressful time. Conroys were recommended to us. Awful time no communication and for that reason the price was outrageous

We tried to make our shift as stress less as possible, but the late delivery of our belongings meant we were under pressure to ensure everything ended up in the right place.

The team that delivered our container were really excellent. Quick, efficient and professional. They really took great care of our stuff and were very accommodating with all our requests. Made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy.

Hi Conroys. packing the day before our move was done successfully. Our furniture was trucked to our new home on 3/20 Mangarau Crescent, Havelock North. The unloading was accomplished in good time, most items into our garage. Please give the two-man team a great 'thank-you.' The leader was a Maori chap with a name like 'Knut,' I think, a good bloke. Now we have emptied the garage, please again convey my appreciation for a job well done.

Overall, a great experience. I think the packers at the Napier end were not the best - probably your driver ended up doing more work that the others :-)

As far as the delivery was concerned, your Christchurch based team of Craig, Alex, Harry, Robin, Renee and Dan, were excellent.

Would still like to know where my outdoor furniture still in its original packaging has got to. Was told it would be here yesterday but no sign of it yet.

While in Australia, I had some trouble understanding some forms, 1 lady I dealt with was not helpful at all.. emails took ages to be returned or not answered at all..

Other than her, I have had great communication with everyone else involved.
