Great Service
Great service from pick up to delivery, communication was updated throughout. Only concern was the condition of some of the cartons on delivery.
Friendly and Respectful
Great communications from the drivers at both pick up and delivery, friendly and respectful. Delivered quicker than expected and everything was fine when it arrived. Would recommend to others.
First Class Service
Having used Conroys several times. This latest move has been first class except for a couple of items which I will mention at the end.
The Napier team did a really good job they arrived on time and were well prepared for the task at hand. The team at the pukekohe end were excellent. They arrived on time and went to work unloading the truck despite the terrible weather. They were civil and courteous all the way through the unloading. Your driver needs a special mention as he showed a real skill in backing up the truck. Also the young man who has recently joined Conroys deserves as special mention.
As he went to the task in a professional manner.
My final comment is the damage to a small outside cane table which is completely destroyed with something being stacked onto of it, also the castor of the bbq was torn off.
Special People
Your team were great, every contact was professional and friendly. A special shout out to Chad and Casey, who went out of their way. Look after them, they're special people.
