The people who dropped off were really helpful and professional. I only got about one hour of warning that the delivery was coming though. It turned out ok, but I'm sure other people would have a problem with this.

Christchurch staff made everything so easy, great communication and clear instructions.
Tauranga staff were awesome, once unloaded, I was asked if I needed anything moved, I took them up on this offer.

The communication was not great - there were extremely long stints when I did not hear anything and was not up to date as to where my goods were.

Wonderful service. Friendly workers at both places, Took great care of our belongings and would definetely use Conroys again. Nothing was too much trouble
Packing was careless and quick, movers on the Auckland end had little respect for our property and before all that the staff member I initially dealt with was very rude. We were told I wouldn't have to deal with her again but then sure enough she was the one who called when we were looking to get our stuff out of storage.
Movers in Christchurch were really good and Cindy from the Christchurch storage was also very helpful.
