I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Lynn for her outstanding support in assisting me with the location of my shipment, which had been handed over to the shipper in Qatar since January 2025. Her professionalism, prompt communication, and dedication were truly commendable and greatly valued.

Fast, Efficient, Friendly Both Sides of Tasman
Great communication, helpful friendly staff, admin team very prompt with answering questions. Packing and transport teams both in Australia and New Zealand were fast, efficient, friendly and respectful with our items. Love that you can call them to come and pick up boxes and packaging once you are finished.

Nothing Was a Problem
Paul and Phil were amazing. Very polite and efficient. Nothing was a problem. They took great care of our furniture as well as our home. We met Phil again in Auckland for the delivery. Unfortunately, despite our driveway being 3.6m wide, he couldn't get the truck down due to a power pole on the road. No problem, they came up with a solution and the job was accomplished in 45 mins. The two lads with Phil were also respectful and worked well together.
Good Overall Experience
Overall experience was good. Opas teams arrived on time, were friendly and communicated their arrival time. Handling of our items during the load removal was a bit rough. Communication between the ops team and booking team could be improved.
Friendly, Professional and Efficient
We have used Conroy's for many years, over 20 years, and continue to come back to Conroy's because of the customer service across all levels, from the intitial contact personnel, admin and the on the ground movers themselves. Always friendly, professional and efficient.
