Nathan did the set well, not sure about video calls to walk through to form the basis of the quote tho, potential misunderstandings.

This is the fourth time I have required Conroys assistance to move - and once again I can not speak highly enough of the service they provided.

All the gentlemen that performed the move were absolutely wonderful.  Made the whole drama of moving very easy and hassel free.

I am so very thankful to them all.

A number of issues with Tauranga branch. Left rug in home, took.two phones calls to collect it, as I was leaving my home the same day as pick up

Didn't arrive with rest of furniture in Auckland. It took four phone calls by me to your customer services area, who were very helpful to finally receive my rug to my residence in Akld. "Doug" from that office kept saying it would  be on truck the next day but it never happened. No one had the courtesy to talk to me direct.

Also statue when picking up furniture in my house in Papamoa  , the stand was broken and left in house and  no one told me. Photo sent to Tauranga branch and have never heard back. The only people with any type of customer service was the lovely ladies who answered your 0800 number, and the manager of your Akld office who rang me twice to let me know when my rug would be delivered. Your Tauranga branch could learn a lot from him regarding  customer service.

I will tell all friends and associates who are moving out of Tauranga to NEVER use your company.

Hello team,

The delivery took much longer than expected, however I do understand it was a little out of your hands. Overall: great job! The two lads who unpacked were lovely as was Susan (Customer Service). Thank you for a smooth delivery of our inheritance.
