Two things made the move more stressful than necessary: We weren't given a time for the move till the day before. There is so much to organise that a time of the move would have been helpful, even if it was simply to be told if it would be morning or afternoon. I was also a little annoyed that the truck was 2 hours late with no communication as to when they would arrive. I had to text and call to get a response.
Other than those two things we were very happy. The men who moved our stuff were friendly, helpful and respectful. They did such a good job and were understanding that not everything was to be packed away. I also love that the moving service has a storage component to it, makes it so much easier.

As there was no reply to my telephone message or email the furniture was not delivered until late on 8th Dec 2023 I had access to the Villa from 10am that day, frustrating for all concerned..

The guys were pleasant and methodical but we did have a couple of issues. The guys turned up late and went to the wrong address initially (we had specified Acacia Road as first pick up but they went to Bay Park Place). We also had a couple of items broken.

Job well done. I appreciated your patience as I secured the dates to move out for carpet replacement. Thank you to all of your team who made this work. It was well planned, well packed by your people, well organised on the day of removal and again in return to the house. I would definitely recommend this company.
The staff were excellent at keeping us informed as to where our goods were throughout shipping. Only damage item was an antique clock which was covered by insurance. Would recommend them as best NZ shipping agent for New Zealand to Australia as have tried two others and they don't rate with the service by Conroy.
