Great Service
Overall the service was great but the quote was a bit confusing from my perspective as i thought the quote included the insurance but it didn't. The pick-up and delivery crew was awesome, nothing was a problem for both teams.
Punctual And Efficient
Easy to understand website and booking. Called by the team before the move to check everything. Lads were punctual and efficient. Payment automatic so didn't even need to pay an invoice after the move. All in all - fab job, thanks a ton.
Great Communication!
Awesome team, saved us in a pinch after being cancelled on the week before our move. On time, friendly, fast workers and great communication! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
An overall good experience, absolutely would recommend you to friends and family but a couple of things to take note of for customers as obviously when moving it's a very stressful time so two small things to make it easier for customers.
1. it would be great to know what time the removalists are coming a little earlier than the day before as I was leaving Auckland that day and needed to know how far I could go to book accommodation along the way.
2. the only other thing that could have been improved is that the movers were 30 mins late arriving and a text from them to say they were on there way but running late would have been great so knew where and when I had to be there.

After getting a few quotes I thought Conroys hourly pricing was really competitive and great value.
The two movers who came on the day were really efficient and worked quickly and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the top my dining table has been damaged in transit - possibly by the straps holding it down. Otherwise a great experience
Less Than Smooth Experience
Staffing issues at Conroy and contractors made this a less than smooth experience. The people that did show up were very nice and accomodating but it appears that work and timing pressures caused them to do a less than perfect job. One packer showed up in the morning of packing day with two more showing up around 3pm. Packing had to be completed the following (moving) day. The truck didn't arrive until mid-morning and though they worked very hard, moving wasn't completed until 6pm. We are still in the process of unpacking but so far we have found several damaged articles. Once unpacking is completed we'll send a claim for the damage.
Communication Was Exemplary
I've never been so excited to do a feedback form! Right from the get-go, you guys have been great. A very special shout out to John in Brisbane who helped my dad with all the electronic forms and helped me in New Zealand with all the customs stuff. John - you were so helpful and it is greatly appreciated. The item was picked up quickly and communication throughout its journey across the Tasman was exemplary. When the item arrived here, it was beautifully packed and the delivery driver was super friendly. Well done Conroy - your teams in Australia and New Zealand did a great job!
Super Quick
The movers were great and everything was done super quickly. Unfortunately they were unable to move my piano upstairs but that's definitleuy out of their control. Unfortunately the music stand attachment from my piano went missing during the move and sitll hasn't turned up but thye might have removed it and left it at my old place, which I will check.
