Great Service
Great comminication and great prompt service
The removal men themselves were awesome, but I was booked for 8.30 Saturday, Cam rung on Friday to reconfirm the booking but said they had a tiny job to do first and should be with me by 10. I asked for them to call me when they were 10 mins away as I live in a 370sqm floor and wouldn't klnow they were there - he said they didn't have phones!!!! Really? So by 12 I decided to go and do some errands and as I left the building they pulled up - much bigger job previous with 120 odd stairs. Such a waste of my time wandering about the building staying close to the intercom just in case. If I had been given a contact number or had a 10/15 minute warning I could have gone about my day.

We were very impressed with the skill and professionalism of both crews and their willingness to go that extra mile to help with every detail with our packing and uplifting of our furniture.

Great service, will definitely recommend using.
The staff were all great, friendly and efficient. However on arrival in PN, there were two items damaged. I now have to find an appropriately-sized base to fit the pole. The other item was a flimsy bedside cabinet which was obviously overloaded with something heavier on top. It is not a big deal and neither item was expensive. Everything else was delivered and placed with care of the house and the items themselves.
The team unpacking in PN were not aware that there was a small overflow of items, and had to ring around to find out where they were. They finally arrived on Friday afternoon, after touring the North Island somewhere, It all ended well, and I realise that I had more stuff/space requirements than was quoted so I feel like I got a very good deal. Thanks.
