10/10 experience. From the pre-uplift team, packing team to the loading and unloading team; can't recommend the Conroy team enough. Their communication was outstanding, as was their care for our items. We can't thank the team enough. If needed, I will be calling upon them in the future. Highly recommend!
Excellent
Conroy have excellent personnel in both Australia and New Zealand. The packers in Sydney worked non-stop, and the lads unpacking in NZ were just as fast and dedicated.
We found every member of the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. However, we were not impressed with some of the packing. For instance, an electric blanket should never be used as packing around household goods. Also, in the case where there are 3 computers, each computer should be packed in its own box, not spread over several boxes. e.g. the screen in one box, the keyboard in another box, the cables in another box, etc. We also don't agree with linen, sheets etc. being used as packing for fragile objects. Towels are fine, but not linen. Another thing we have found to be very confusing, is that many of the boxes have been used and labelled previously. That's fine, but the old labels should be crossed out, and this was done in some cases. However, on some boxes one side would read "kitchen" and the other side would read "bathroom".

Using Conroy was such an easy, stress free transition, I found all staff very professional helpful and considerate. Thank you for your assistance throughout the moving process.

Kia Ora as an improvement the communication could be a little better. We got a confirmation that our container had arrived by email but no one could tell us when we could expect the delivery. Of course we were 2 weeks before Christmas, but a bit more information should have been helpfull. Suddenly we got a phonecall at 6 pm that our stuff was coming the next morning! Luckely I was free from work and it was just before Chrismas. So at the end all good and happy.
Everything on your side has been so smooth, and your staff have been extremely helpful. The one guy who packed our belongings in Napier was a legend. The office staff kept us up to date with everything, and this also extends to the Brisbane staff. We have had outstanding communication. Our belongings are in your storage facilities in Brisbane, and once we find a place we will get them delivered. Up until now, outstanding service. We are singing your praises to anyone and everyone who asks about our property being shipped.
