I woud like to say first that the 3 men who came to move my furniture were excellent.  My problem is that the truck sent was too big and while I have a double driveway, it was still not enought to fit the truck.  The movers deliberated as to a solution and after an hour, it was decided to engage a van to ferrry the items to the truck, now parked down the road.  This took another 20mins to arrive.  I understand that there are tricky access issues in Wellington but I'm sure mine was not the worst.  Are locations viewed before the pick up day?  The job took about twice as long as it should have and I have been charged to full amount.  I feel the first hour at least should have been discounted.  

Excellent service, very helpful and always keeping you updated with your move. Delivery was fast and the delivery team went out of their way to help and accommodate.

Duncan and Paul were amazing. All the boys were great, but those two really shone. Their experience in packing and moving was obvious, they were also a pleasure to work along side, great conversation whilst not impeding on their work. The inexperienced guys were well supervised, and most importantly I felt that our possessions were being treated with respect. One thing got damaged and immediately Duncan rushed to see what it was, took photos, and said he'd try his best to see if something could be done. I genuinely felt he cared.

Second time we have used Conroys - first was moving Melbourne to Brisbane - perfect move - ahead of schedule with zero damage. This move  - Brisbane to New Zealand - once again ahead of schedule - but we do have some minor damage. Handle ripped off a tool box and I was devastated to see one of my stereo crates come off the truck "upside down" (it has wheels for f*#k sake - they go on the ground!)  - as a result my rare vintage turntable has been damaged. Also got rather screwed with the Insurance aspect - had to get $100,000 cover for $60,000 worth of gear - and Yes - I did put a value on every item and it was ignored by your Brisbane staff.

Absolutely amazing service and everyone was amazing from start to finish made the job easier and helped us even in a ruff time. The guys that moved the stuff were so incredible and nice and I can't say enough good things I feel like they need a years bonus they were amazing. Thanks so much Conroys team and David  I can not thank you all enough absolutely amazing service incredible team, humble ceo all round amazing I will definitely recommend to everyone thanks so so much :)
