First visit dropped table and broke tiles whilist others watched on. Second visit hit side of house with couch and was only luck that avoided damage. At another pick-up it was requested that team didn't walk on newly sewn lawn, was walked on. At final destination mattress was ripped on side of house. And at one of the pick ups, no bags were provided to wrap couch and cushions. 

Excellent service and user friendly experience. Well-organised pre uplift and the movers were a great team and very accomodating. 

Very efficient, economical and all round great communication. Highly recommended.

We have been impressed with all contact and interaction with the Conroy team leading to the pack up of our home.  

From the moment we first enquired, we have had rapid responses and been given clear information. Their quote was much cheaper than a couple of competitive removal companies.

Luke, who did the house assessment and arranged the quote, was very personable and a good representative for the company.  He outlined what services were available from Conroy, and made us feel confident in our decision to choose Conroy.

Our packers, Maria and Johnny, were lovely. They were friendly and extremely fast at packing up our home. They clearly took care to carefully pack our art, glassware and china, and everything else. They worked well as a team, with a good rapport which meant they worked efficiently and effectively.

The team who packed the houseload into the container on the truck, on a very stormy Wellington day, were great. Friendly and efficient. They packed the truck up in one afternoon rather than the expected day and a half.

Our possessions are now in storage with Conroy and we hope (and trust) that everything will be well looked after until we get to unpack at our new home when we find one.

Everything from the request for a quote to the final delivery was undertaken professionally by a wonderful team of people.
