All went very well. The movers were very cheerful, polite and efficient. Communications before hand very clear. It would-be helpful if the forms to be filled in for insurance etc are written in larger print and so better visible.

Very Friendly Team
Had a great move thanks. Only thing wanted to note was I asked if truck would be big enough for one trip but we ended up needing two trips. Not major as was short distance between addresses. Very friendly team.

Chris and Kane were our removalists and wow what an amazing duo. They were so efficient and their jigsaw packing skills meant that no space in the container wasn't full. The way they cared for my furniture and belongings was outstanging and the way they remained positive and upbeat the entire time didnt go unnoticed by all of us - even on day two when they came to do the unloading. I would do more than recomend them to friends and family - I will insist they use them!

Absolutely Awesome
I wanted to say the boys were absolutely awesome that handled my move today. Had a few laughs, they were bright and cheerful which is just what I needed as my life has been quite stressful lately. Thanks heaps!!
Please see text sent to Shane on 16 Aug re known problems. I will not be unpacking until after new carpet is laid in week of 28 August. I accept there can be issues when moving. My gripe is that I was not told about them, and staff need better/more training in regard to reassembly of recliner chairs.
All staff pleasant to deal with, and those with Christine and Rachel were excellent.
