The guys were fabulous . They were careful and quick with stacking the truck, however, the young Maori guy went the extra mile. The were very apologetic for being late and then a second truck turned up to help them with the packing and unpacking of the truck. The very young boy I think he was 19yo need to be advise when walking in to a clients house don't walk through the mud first then wear your dirty shoes inside. Please convey my thanks again to the five men who completed the job.

Great service!!!! The guys turned up around when they said that they would, and had everything packed up in the truck within a couple of hours.  Delivery at the end went to smoothly, very polite and accommodating, and managed to get everything into the storage unit.  Great customer service, highly recommend.

Nathan from Napier was excellent to deal with re quote etc. Paul and Fiona were great re the pre-pack. The load went okay albeit slow but 2 new staff in first week.Our goods were transferred from a large truck to 2 smaller ones as no driver was available on delivery date for Nelson. On delivery we noticed a lot of furniture damage which likely occured in the transfer. Delivery went swiftly and efficently. Grant at Nelson was also great re damage and assistance provided. We are awaiting a quote but suspect a significant cost to repair items. Hopefully our transit cover we did with IAG will cover.
