While there were some issues with communication regarding the day of the main move and the correct payment required, these were resolved in a timely manner. On the day prior to the main move, the team visited onsite; on the day of the main move the team were excellent. They communicated well, were courteous and very helpful. They respected our belongings and listened to our needs of the day. 

In August 2023, Conroys Removals picked up two separate loads of furniture and household goods from a Napier storage unit and delivered them to two separate addresses in Auckland.  The right boxes and pieces of furniture were delivered to the right addresses and everything arrived in good condition.  The movers and other Conroys team members we communicated with were pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Conroys were easy to work with right from quotation, pick up, storage and organising a final delivery date. All employees were very personable and took care with the packing and moving of furniture. The only improvements for me would be a more detailed list on each box - it was a mission to find some items that we needed immediately after moving in. I would have preferred the outdoor furniture cushions not to have been squashed into boxes and stored flat. I also would have preferred all linen to go into boxes together rather than some in many boxes as it took a while to find the bedding. I also would have liked duvet covers to have been folded in the boxes - rather than used as packing.

No complaints. Timely delivery.
