Guys were great, very efficient & packed everything so well.

The guys that did the move were fantastic. Friendly, helpful. I had no insurance however they managed everything with great care. I was disaponitted at the intial phone service I received when I called about hiring someone for a couple of hours on the same day to help my mum move some boxes. The person I spoke to was rude unhelpful and never got back to me about cost enquiry. I nearly cancelled my move because of this . I either phoned the Napier office and spoke to someone at head office I think.. shame as a front person for the company. The team otherwise were great .
Very punctual
Can't get a better moving services. very punctual and reliable company. the team made my moving much more easier. the price is competitive to other removal company as well. I really appreciate all your help.
Only issue was getting the quote, everyone is busy

Fantastic
Mike and his team (Rick and Cubin) in Auckland and Mali and Josh I think in Napier) were all just fantastic. They took such care of the new paintwork in our home and their efficiency and care of our possessions was excellent. Could not be happier right from my first contact with Scott (quoter) and Rachel in Admin to the moving guys We are honestly so glad we chose Conroy's.

Customer service was a huge help I was always updated when I needed to know. The removal and delivery of my stuff was a 110% .my whole experience with Conroys was amazing and stress free
Great care
We used Conroy to move our belongings from Sydney to Auckland and subequently to Northland. They were worth every cent. Not one item was broken and great care was taken. The team were excellent at all stages from the assessment and liaison right through to operations and logistics. Great care, great communication - would highly recommend.
