Our moving experience was smooth; professional from the initial contact thru to deilivry .The packing & removal teams at both ends were great but my only complaint is that the tv was jammed in too tight and subsequently broke which was unfortunate. Take insurance

Good Communication
Regular updates on our shipment. I was a bit confused when I received emails that the shipment was custom and quarantine cleared followed by an email that the shipment was due to arrive in Wellington the week after. I thought it had to have arrived before being cleared but might be wrong there. It arrived within expected timeframe, good communication on delivery etc.

Chad, Lucus, Robin, and the team went above and beyond over two days to help with our move. We did appreciate their effort.
I was happy with Susan's handling of my many queries and working to keep costs down. I was heartbroken two items came damaged, one beyond repair. Perhaps more to do with Brytor and their packing in Canada before shipment.
