Professional
The staff of Conroy's Moving made my move very easy for me. All the people who worked on my move were very professional, right from Luke who came and looked at my furniture for a start, Joanne who was very efficient in her office part and then the boys who packed beautifully.
Our consignment was to arrive 0830hrs as confirmed by phone and email. Drove 2.5 hours to be at collection point. After 3 hours wait made phone calls, nobody answered at conroys, nobody called back. Emailed to no avail. After 5 hours got a txt from move coordinator have just been informed there was no room on the truck. No apologies whatsoever. Could not deliver is one thing but failed communication is absolutely unacceptable. I wasted 2.5 hours travel and 5 hours waiting. Still haven't received our consignment as the delivery window was missed and we are travelling for the next 6 weeks without items from our consignment.

The team of 5 worked systematically and professionally to get our move completed.They arrived exactly on time and were all finished by 11.30 am . Importantly, they were very conscious of the pressures & stresses we were under given the move has come later in our lives.

The guys who packed our house in Auckland, and unpacked it in Christchurch, were all awesome. Great to deal with, efficient, professional. The delivery was on time and communication was great.
Excellent
Conroys service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was very good. I recommend Conroys to anyone.
I repeatedly received conflicting emails as to delivery dates, location of freight, and cost for clearing customs (despite my freight being part of an official government shipment). At no point was I comfortable or truly aware. The only saving grace was the Wellington based delivery team, no other member of the Conroy team was helpful in the three months it took my freight to arrive.
