This is the 2nd time I have used Conroy. They provide an excellent service. Great communication. The two lovely men who came to take my stuff, sorry about the stairs!! They were efficient and friendly. I was kept up to date with where my belongings were and what was happening with them. Couldn't recommend Conroy enough. The best.
The removal team was good and efficient on the job. However, few dings on the Oak Furniture and Leather Couch, otherwise happy with the service.

Very helpful and always clear on what's going on every step of the way.
The packing and delivery teams at both ends were efficient, good humoured and an overall delight.All possessions arrived intact and accounted for.Communications from the Queensland office were pretty average, meaning I had to make contnual enquiries to receive status updates.
The Auckland office on the other hand were excellent communicators.
Everything on your side has been so smooth, and your staff have been extremely helpful. The one guy who packed our belongings in Napier was a legend. The office staff kept us up to date with everything, and this also extends to the Brisbane staff. We have had outstanding communication. Our belongings are in your storage facilities in Brisbane, and once we find a place we will get them delivered. Up until now, outstanding service. We are singing your praises to anyone and everyone who asks about our property being shipped.
A few breakages but nothing major, day out with delivery but not really a problem. Packing guys on Austalia side were fantastic
