Service has been impeccable and staff are so friendly and efficient. 

Prior to leaving HK I had read about which companies the HK shipping companies use NZ side and it was clear to me that overall Conroy was the one to ensure my HK shipping company liaised with. Once my shipping arrived in NZ I had to store it with them for around 6 months. I was very impressed with all their communication and when the time came for my belongings to be delivered they continued with their excellent service. 

I can certainly recommend them. 

After asking directly at least twice no one would give me a tentative date for delivery (I did not expect an exact date, just roughly). I was away over the Xmas period so was trying to organise someone to be home to accept the delivery. 

Once again, I was very impressed with Conroy's move. The packing, removal and delivery teams were all early or within ten minutes of when they said that they would be there. The only two pieces of feedback. 1. for the packing team - I had computer monitors attached to monitor arms. Instead of undoing four small screws on each monitor to remove the monitors from the VESA mounts (standard monitor mounts), they unbolted spring-loaded bolts and left the VESA mounts attached to the monitors. As a result, I could not bolt them back on and had to replace the mounts. 2. Delivery team - When the quote was completed and stated on the documentation, it was clear that the house in Auckland was over three levels, but only two staff were sent. I had injured my shoulder and could not help with heavy furniture. I felt sorry for the two staff who struggled with the heavy furniture and a third would have been better from a Health and Safety perspective.
