Thank you to everyone's continued help, my situation was a bit unusual so I really appreciate all the help and continued communcations. 

I was sitting at my desk in NZ and had to get a family member moved back to nz with in a matter of  2 months and was thinking how is this going to work? From the first email and phone call I could not of asked for a better service. From the team in Brisbane Garry how done home visit and Ronda on phone and emails it has run so smoothly. I arrived in OZ and had about a 4 day turn around until movers arrived and we got there on the final day. You listen to your customers needs and takea bit of pressure of what can be a stressful time. 

Removal boys were really great.. Great job thanks boys. 

After 5 weeks of my family member being back in NZ all the boxes arrived this week and thanks to the delivery guy this week he was really great. 

Just one thing I have put on the delivery details for them to phone as it was arriving but it just turned up I think you need to let customer know when its on the truck and to say its a few hours away.. Something needs to be put on your delivey docket as the driver said it just looks like number to as does not say Phone number or anything .

But I can not fault the service at all AA+++
