From Scott in Auckland to Glen who did the delivery everything went rather seamlessly...the only thing that I could be mildly critical about is the delivery timing...the wording is give us 7 days notice, however this did not mean that it would arrive in 7 days only the minimum notice requirement. The container arrived a week after that...I would have prefered to give 14 days notice. The driver Glen was always a source of amusement, very helpful and a credit to Conroys. It would appear so far that there is little or no damage...so thanks for the care taken by everyone

From beginning to end, we have received a great level of service from you.
From Luke coming out to complete the initial quote, to Jo communicating the logistics and sorting the paperwork, to the guys that helped us move on the day, we have been thoroughly impressed.The guys (forgive me for not remembering their names), worked well together, communicated with us every step of the way, were extremely careful with our precious belongings, and were friendly and professional. Couldn't speak higher of their attitudes and manner.
We will absolutely use Conroy's service again and will recommend you highly to anyone that we know who may require your services.

Micheal, Joanne and Sydney were amazing. They were really helpful getting information, figuring out the move and especially packing.
Sorry for the poor review but we have had major issues, first has been a container not fit for purpose brought to our house on removal day and we find out down the track it had been leaking causing about 20k worth of damage, we manage to get some cover with insurancve company but they would not re insure us again if we left property there, in which we did in the end with no more cover, we arrange our gear to be shipped to our new address Tuesday this week, guys did a good job BUT guess what all the gear didnt arrive we are still prob half a container short and that will be gear that was moved out of shit container to good one so i am just in the process in finding out wher the hell is it gr gr gr' You really need to make sure your containers are sound before you let them out i am not very impressed losing gear after paying money to get it stored and ruined.

The guys did a great job. Put everything where it was supposed to go. Unwrapped and built things. Took the packaging away with them. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent people to deal with who made things easy and stress free. Great service from all involved.
The guys packing the container were a bit slap dash...... resulting in damaged, breakages and missing items. The guys unpacking said it was a really bad loading job. Three nice guys unloaded but then they dropped a box containing porcelain cookware. Your service wasn't worth $6K ($7K including insurance)
