This part of the move went well, there were problems with the other part and damage caused to an antique chest, due to packing issues.

Generally the shift went well, apart from some laundry products that were sitting upright in our cupboard, but which have been stowed lying down when packed causing one of them to leak all through the box causing damage to the surface of the antique chest on which it was stowed in the container.

The team were super professional. Tough driveway to get in NO WORRIES! Super tight truck pack, good vibe Thank You Guys!

Now office staff!  I teach customer service and  I would hire the women who booked us and followed up in a minute! Easy, simple and we felt Valued

From requesting a quote to the review at our site by your customer relations person (Justin), to packing, shipping, drop off and all comms in between, excellent customer service!  We were confident in every step that we were being looked after.  Thank you for looking after our cargo.!

On a couple of occasions operations told me to be at my pickup by 12:30 then let me know the guys needed a lunch break and be there before 1pm.  I then called Conroy's since they had not shown up and to see where they were and they arrived after 2pm.

I then had the same experience with the Delivery to Cambridge - told it was 10 am but they arrived after 11am with no one letting me know.
