Very helpful  friendly  service, made  the whole  experience  stress free, the moving men were wonderful,  they worked  hard and very efficiently.  Really grateful  to all Conroys staff involved  in our move.

Thanks to everyone involved in our move , all went well on the Day ,the crews at both ends did well, nace guys all of them!

All the team were courteous and careful, right from the inspection, quotation, pickup, and delivery.Particularly the Tauranga driver, Alfie is worth his weight in gold! Not only a skilled driver, but he took full responsibilty for loading / packing the (huge) van, a 6hr job!  And then directed, and did a lot of, the 4hr unloading!  His energy, careful approach, and open "no problem" manner made the whole move a pleasure for us.

While there were some issues with communication regarding the day of the main move and the correct payment required, these were resolved in a timely manner. On the day prior to the main move, the team visited onsite; on the day of the main move the team were excellent. They communicated well, were courteous and very helpful. They respected our belongings and listened to our needs of the day. 

In August 2023, Conroys Removals picked up two separate loads of furniture and household goods from a Napier storage unit and delivered them to two separate addresses in Auckland.  The right boxes and pieces of furniture were delivered to the right addresses and everything arrived in good condition.  The movers and other Conroys team members we communicated with were pleasant, helpful and efficient.
